The last post

What I liked most about writing in this post, I think, was the city I would like to live in. I think it made me think about how beautiful the south of Chile is and what life would be like there. I think it's interesting to think about these kinds of things because they are questions that we sometimes ask ourselves with close friends or family. I think everything was interesting to write about. There's nothing I didn't like. Maybe it could be the post about how my semester was going, but not because I didn't like it, but because it reminded me that I still had several exams left and that the end of the year was approaching. I think the blog I enjoyed the most was Professor Simon's, because it's interesting to know all the things he does, from his music to the impressive trips he's had. I think the blog helped me improve my writing, although I also think that because of searching for the meaning of words, I think it's easier for me to read. At least in the...

A Piece of Technology

A piece of technology that I use a lot is the Canon camera, I don't remember the model very well, but I remember that I have had it for three years. At first the camera belonged to my older brother who bought it while he was studying journalism at university, but he kept it for a year and then he didn't use it anymore.  When I entered the race and we had the first field, I asked my brother for the camera, since then I have had it and practically it is more mine than his. He no longer uses it because of his work because he is dedicated to journalism in the areas of communications and he doesn't mind me using it either, I think I've forgotten that I had it. The truth is, the camera is not difficult to use, depending on the mode in which it is used. If you don't know how to take photos or how the camera works and you want to take a quick and beautiful photo, it has manual settings where you just have to focus and take the photo. , so it's not difficult. Now if you ...

The city i would like to live

Imagen
The city i would like to live in is Puerto Varas, because i find that is a beautiful city that connects to others tourist towns, for example Frutillas, Villarrica, Pucón, etc. The weather is very pleasant in sumer but in winter in very cold and rainy. For me thath it's not a problem because i like the rain and cloudy days. Near Puerto Varas is the famous Llanquihue lake and also the Conaf natural reserves. There are many restaurants and craf stalls. I would like to lead a quiet lifestyle living near lakes surrounded by green and natural places. I think this because actually i live in a litle and quiet town. You can do a lot of things from visit reserves, visit museums, to explore the lake by boat, it has very delicius food and local crafts workshops, you can eat delicius icecreams wit tipical flavors of the zone. I thing that living in this city  i would improve or change my life because life in a city is very nice and natural, it will help me be calmer due to the connection with n...

A song

Lately I've been listening to the song "Acero Chino" by Pedropiedra, together with Mauricio and Francis Durán. This song belongs to the pop-rock genre, which is part of the album "Tótem". I heard this song for the first time in September of this year, which was when the album was released. I like it a lot because, according to some interpretations, it refers to the closure of the Huachipato steel plant in Talcahuano, an event that left thousands of people unemployed. However, for me, this song can also be understood as a metaphor for a fragile love. The phrases that most attract my attention in the song are: "Whoever confuses price with value" and "If I want to save myself I must buy your love of Chinese steel." For some, these lines could be related to economic aspects or to the value of Chinese steel itself. However, in my interpretation, "Chinese steel" symbolizes a person who loves in a fragile way. It is a love that, although i...

My semester so far

This semester I have had to read too much, I think that in all these years at university, I had never read so much. My favorite class so far is Geography of the Sea, which surprised me because I never thought I would like it, but rather I thought it was going to be the most difficult. The class that I have not enjoyed very much is Transversal, I feel that they should not require it as an obligation, it is a branch that is supposed to help us relate to others, but I feel that it ends up being quite the opposite and in the end we all get tired of transversal because it always There are people who work and others who don't. From the semester I highlight that we have had some lands, but now they are for the day. I miss the lands where we had to stay for more days and we could visit and see more places. I hope that next year we will have better lands because it is still fun to stay and camp with your friends. I usually organize my time depending on the amount of work and also the import...

A school teacher

I don't think I remember many teachers from my school because during my primary education I changed schools a lot, until in high school I arrived at a girls' school, it was a Catholic school, where they put a lot of emphasis on religion. I have never been Catholic, I have always been an atheist and it has always bothered me when they try to convince you with beliefs or thoughts different from mine. However, it was the best school in the area and I preferred to attend it anyway. All the teachers had a similar way of thinking, religion and politics were two topics that could not be talked about, especially when your classmates grow up without class consciousness and giving their opinions based on their privileges. I found school really boring because they were the opposite of what I was, which is why I was always getting into trouble for my way of thinking. I remember going to the first year of high school and the teachers changing, that was where I met Professor Catherine, the n...
